Shipping policy

1. Shipping Process

We work with selected suppliers and manufacturers who ship products directly to our customers.
This allows us to offer a wide range of products while maintaining fair prices.

Depending on the warehouse location, orders may be delivered in multiple packages.

2. Delivery Times

Delivery times depend on the product and the destination country.

Estimated delivery times:
 • Austria & Germany: 7–20 business days
 • EU countries: 7–25 business days

Please note:
In rare cases, delivery times may be longer due to public holidays, high demand, or delays caused by shipping carriers.
If this happens, we will inform you by email.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are displayed at checkout.
In many cases, we offer free shipping, depending on the product or promotional offers.

4. Shipment Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number (if available).

Please note that tracking updates may only become visible 3–5 days after shipment.

5. Undeliverable Shipments

If a package cannot be delivered for one of the following reasons:
 • Incorrect or incomplete shipping address
 • Package was not collected from the delivery service
 • Delivery was refused

the shipment may be returned to the sender.

6. Delayed Delivery

If your order has not arrived after:
 • 30 days (within Austria/Germany), or
 • 40 days (within the EU),

we will offer, according to your preference:
 • a free replacement shipment, or
 • a refund

7. Customs & Import Fees

For orders within the European Union, customs duties are generally not charged.

If any customs fees or import charges do occur, they are the responsibility of the customer.
